Service Overview

Problem Solver is operated by BeSoloDev. Problem Solver provides tools that help users submit supported math problems and receive AI-generated explanations. The service includes the public website, Chrome extension, backend APIs, accounts, paid plans, and support communications.

Chrome Extension Behavior

The extension lets you capture or enter math problem content and request a solve. It should be used only on content you are allowed to process. Browser permissions are used to provide the solve workflow and are not a license to inspect unrelated browsing activity.

Accounts, Plans, And Payments

Some functionality may require an account, active plan, or available quota. You are responsible for keeping account information accurate and for charges you authorize through the payment flow.

Paid plans are recurring subscriptions. The monthly plan is $6.99 per month and the yearly plan is $59.99 per year, each currently including 500 solves per month and premium AI mode. The checkout flow shows the final price, currency, renewal cadence, and any applicable taxes before payment.

Paddle.com conducts the online order flow as our reseller and Merchant of Record for Problem Solver orders. Paddle processes payments, payment customer service, receipts, taxes, cancellations, and approved refunds or returns for Paddle-billed purchases. Problem Solver continues to provide product support.

Cancellations And Refunds

You can cancel a paid subscription through the Paddle buyer portal or the subscription management links provided after purchase. Cancellation prevents future renewals and does not automatically refund already completed charges.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Problem Solver, including by:

• Attempting to bypass quotas, payment requirements, security controls, or rate limits.
• Submitting content you do not have the right to process.
• Using the service to violate school, workplace, platform, or legal requirements.
• Interfering with service availability or reverse engineering protected systems.

AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated answers can be incomplete, incorrect, or inappropriate for a specific academic context. You are responsible for reviewing output, validating results, and following any rules that apply to your coursework, exams, or professional use.

Changes And Availability

We may update these terms, change features, suspend access, or discontinue parts of the service. We will make reasonable efforts to keep important public policies available and current.
